SERVICES WE PROVIDE
Xcel Healthcare Providers Inc. is a home health care service provider based in Cleveland Heights, Ohio.
It is a Proprietary provider that offers the following services:
HOMEMAKING
Housekeeping General shopping
Laundry Change linens
Meal prep
PERSONAL CARE
Bathing Grooming
Dressing Oral Care
Feeding Assisting with walking devices
Toileting Hands-on care
SKILLED NURSING CARE
Administration of medication, including injections Patient education services
Monitoring of health status Wound care
Pain management Medication management
PHYSICAL THERAPY
Responsible for assessing, planning, organizing, and participating in rehabilitative programs that
improve patient mobility, relieve pain, increase strength, and improve or correct disabling
conditions resulting from disease or injury.
OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY
Responsible for assessing your needs to support you in your home. The OT will also look at your
home and write a report about you and what changes to your housing could make your life
easier. Occupational therapy on strategies with the patient to safely perform needed daily
activities in your home.
BCI FINGERPRINTS
- Prints are done between the hours of 9:30a to 3:30p. The individual may call ahead the office
@ 216-426-9996 and ask for either Danita or Tara so that the form can be filled out. Individuals
must have the ORC Code (the Ohio Revised Code that shows why the person is being printed)
The fees are $35.00 for a BCI only; $40.00 for an FBI only; $75.00 for both. They also need to
know who will be receiving the prints once they are processed, either a Direct Copy or the
name, address, and phone number of the receiving entity. Payment is either by cash (exact
amt); money order or a Bank cashier’s check. - Saturday by appointment only
How long does it take to get the BCI back?
- Could take two weeks to process.

On-site CPR and first aid training for employees.

HHA CERTIFICATION CLASSES
If you do not have your HHA Certification, no worries. Xcel works with a company that offers HHA
certification on the East and West side of Cleveland. A new employee's certification course tuition will
be covered by Xcel. A 12-month commitment to Xcel will result in the employee receiving their
certification.
